The blade on the Benchmade Loco 808 is a 3.68" long blade with a lot of curvature and cutting power. The blade steel that Benchmade choose for the Loco is American-made S30V steel. The blade steel is made by Crucible Metalworks and heat treated to a Rockwell hardness of 58-60.
The handle is robust and thick .67" black G-10, fully machine contoured for a positive grip. The pivot, lock studs, barrel spacers and lanyard hole have a unique custom machined features. These little touches really upgrade the knife considerably. Large lanyard hole in the handle. Completing this knife is the reversible pocket clip mounted for tip up carry.
